Easy to Sow and Maintain
The Poultry Seed Mix is easy to establish on prepared ground and can also be used to overseed existing grass areas.
For new sowings, apply at a rate of 40–50g per square metre.
When repairing or thickening established grass, sow at 20–25g per square metre.
Keep the area moist during germination and avoid heavy grazing until the grass has become well established.
Coverage and Application Rates
A 500g pack will cover approximately 10–12 square metres when establishing new poultry grazing areas or up to 25 square metres when overseeding existing grass.
This makes it an economical and effective solution for maintaining healthy poultry paddocks, chicken runs and free-range ranging areas throughout the year.
