Need help before ordering?

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch:

orders placed before 2pm on the same working day; and
orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays on the next working day.

Bank holidays: Orders placed during a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Saturday delivery: Order before 2pm on Friday for estimated Saturday delivery. Orders placed after this time will be processed for delivery on the following Saturday.

*** Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Most parcels arrive within the selected timeframe, but occasional courier delays can occur.

Delivery FAQ

How long will it take?

Our couriers offer standard, next-working-day and Saturday delivery services, depending on your postcode and the goods ordered.

Most parcels arrive within the estimated timeframe, although occasional courier delays can occur.

What courier do you use?

For small parcels we use Royal Mail and for larger parcels we use DHL Parcel

Can I track my order?

You will normally receive an order confirmation and a dispatch confirmation with tracking information.

Where tracking or delivery confirmation is available, either the courier or our dispatch email may provide a tracking reference by email or text message.

Some Royal Mail letter services only record dispatch and final delivery and do not display every stage of the journey.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

What happens if I’m not home?

Depending on the courier and service used, they may:
– leave a delivery card with redelivery instructions;
– attempt delivery again automatically;
– leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour; or
– take the parcel to a depot or parcel shop for collection.

You may also be able to rearrange delivery for a more suitable day or choose collection from a parcel shop or depot.

Where you have nominated, authorised or agreed to delivery to a particular safe place or neighbour, delivery will normally be treated as completed when the parcel is delivered in accordance with those instructions.

What is my parcel hasn’t arrived yet?

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your address and order number so that we can investigate it with the courier.

We will normally allow up to 14 calendar days from dispatch for a delayed parcel to arrive or be treated as lost, unless the courier confirms an earlier loss or return.

Returns and Exchanges

Received the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 48 hours, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

What if my order is lost / damaged?

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 48 hours of the delivery notification. This helps us investigate the issue promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain the goods and packaging and provide photographs where possible.

Can I change my order?

We will do our best to accommodate changes to the goods ordered or the delivery details before the order is packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may be unable to change or recall it.

Where an incorrect address or requested change results in a genuine courier rerouting, return or redelivery charge, you may be responsible for that direct cost.

Please contact us by telephone, live chat or through our contact page as soon as possible.

What’s the returns policy?

You may cancel most eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery and return them within a further 14 days.

Please return goods complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return cost where you have changed your mind.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will help arrange the appropriate resolution.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Enhanced delivery charges, such as next-working-day or Saturday delivery, are non-refundable above the cost of our standard delivery service.
