If you wish to return your order you just need to we notify us by phone or email no longer than 14 days from the date on which the goods were delivered.

For returns and cancellations a refund will be made excluding the next day delivery charge / restock fee. For parcels this is typically £8. This does not effect your statutory rights.

If the goods are delivered to you, you will be responsible for their return including any costs of returns with the exception of faulty items.

If you are returning the goods due to them being faulty then please include images of this when you notify us about your returns. Goods returned as faulty will be refunded in full including any reasonable return costs.

After a refund is agreed goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and the refund will be processes as soon as possible but no later than 30days.

Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Equipment, tools, hardware and safety products should be unused, in original condition, with their packaging and documents.

Perishables – (seed, fertiliser, pesticides) must remain sealed in their original packaging.
