Bank Holidays – Orders placed during Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day
Saturday Delivery – Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday with a Saturday delivery will be processed the following week for delivery on the next Saturday.

Delivery FAQ

How long will it take?

Our couriers offer 24-hour, 48-hour, and Saturday delivery options, depending on your postcode.
The delivery method is an estimate not a guarentee however in the vast majority of cases parcels arrive inline with the selected shipping method.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email, a dispatch confirmation and a delivery update from the courier with a tracking number via email or text.

If you do not receive a tracking email, check your spam/junk folder and whitelist the courier’s email.

What happens if I’m not home?

If you are not home, the courier may:
– Leave a delivery slip with re-delivery instructions.
– Attempt re-delivery automatically.
– Leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
– Take the item to a depot for collection

If you are not at home on the day of collection to may be able to reshedule the parcel for collection from a parcel shop or on a more suitable day. Safe place/Neighbour deliveries are considered completed.

What courier do you use?

For small parcels and letter we use Royal Mail and for larger parcels we use DHL Parcel

Received the wrong item?

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item please contact us via phone or email within 48 hours of delivery to you so we can address this for you.

What if my order is lost / damaged?

We use some of the best fully-insured and tracked courier companies to get your items to you and will carefully package up your order to give it the best chance of arriving safely.
If there are any issues with your order please inspect and report to us via email or phone call within 48 hours of delivery notification from the courier.
Please take pictures of any damaged packaging and goods.

Can I change my order?

We will do our best to accommodate any orders change where possible including change or items or address errors.

In some unavoidable cases however if the order is shipped and packed there may be an additional charge to re-route a parcel delivery for example to an incorrect address

What’s the returns policy?

You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days.

Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Perishable items (seeds, fertilisers, pesticides) must be sealed in original packaging.

Equipment, tools, and safety products must be unused and in original condition with all packaging and documentation.

Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned.

If the goods are delivered to you, you will be responsible for their return including any costs of returns with the exception of faulty items.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as soon as possible but no later than 14 days.

Refunds exclude any express postage charges paid at checkout.
